Excelso: Sweet chocolate, caramel, and nutty notes. Smooth body with a clean finish.
Pasilla (National Consumption Coffee): Subtle bitterness with hints of brown sugar and spices. Typically sold as green beans, Pasilla offers an affordable option with earthy and robust flavors, ideal for blends or local roasting.
