Today, I was fortunate to attend a fair organized by SERCOTEC (Technical Cooperation Service), which focused on supporting wine entrepreneurs. This event was not only a celebration of Chilean wine but also a platform to showcase the work of those taking viticulture to a higher level.

Among the exhibitors, I encountered a range of passionate winemakers who stand out for their focus on quality and sustainability. Many of these entrepreneurs are dedicated to producing organic wines, which means they use agricultural practices that preserve the environment and eliminate the use of synthetic chemicals.
